Feminine Free & Fit - The Changing of Self into 2026 - by TJ Cheux

As we end the year of the snake and embrace the wild horse, I contemplate my spiritual state. This time last year, I started to explore my inner feminine and surrender myself to the pursuit of growth. Yes, to soften, surrender, and seek new opportunities through my changing self and new version of me. This brought all sorts of changes, including an exclusively female-first self-care approach, feminine advocacy, and reduced chasing of self-pride and self-elevation.

Wondering into 2026 has been whimsical, with new podcasts, books, and yoga sessions! Whilst in a coffee shop, I recently won a free week and built a great outlook towards my body, aging, and moving more slowly as I learn how to grow in this new space. Running less, stretching more, and developing a deeper understanding of myself has opened up my body into alignment, deeper inner healing, and self-awareness of my body, soul, and spirit.

Where in the past I would remove temptation from attending or allowing things into my body due to dogmatic beliefs, I have opened up to softer, more sensual, and less restrictive thoughts. This allows space for me to heal, not hide, and develop a deeper sense of who I am, why my body does what it does, and how to overcome some of my most difficult parts.

When we explore new forms of movement, spirituality, and self, we discover parts of ourselves that we didn't know existed. We find space where other people didn't know that we were hurting from years of suppression, deep anguish, and grief. When we let go of pretending to be good and relax into ourselves, we can actually begin to feel good.

With strict religious, political, or media influence, our inner self becomes tied in knots, anguish, and fear. Whereas if we relax into who we truly are, who God made us to be, and express ourselves freely without judgment, we can actually grow into the best possible version of ourselves.

Coaching Tip Today:

Snow is soft, gentle and fluffy.

Ice is sharp, slippy and crystal.

We may start off like snow, but soon we can become like ice.

How can we become more like snow? We can melt easily by spending time in the warmth, but we can become like fairy dust if we just stop and pause.

Meditate.

Contemplate.

Navigate.

Repeat.

Join me on this journey, and let's rise together in spirit and wisdom 🙏💫
